Hans Rudolph, inc. is one of the leading designers of respiratory valves and other respiratory products in the world today. MME designed and built the tooling and has been molding the “Eagle” series mask for over 5 years.
After the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, demand for the Eagle mask surged, as doctors worldwide were able to utilize the mask beyond its original intent by incorporating a disposable filter within the valve port. At the peak of production in July of 2020, MME ramped production to 20,000 masks per week.
