MME Group would like to introduce four new additions that will strengthen our team by adding over 40 years of experience!

William “Tony” Boire
Production Manager

Tony has come to MME Group from Kerotest Manufacturing Inc in Mansura, LA. Tony has great experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Tony has over 20 years of experience in operation and technical leadership for manufacturing and plastic molding. In addition, Tony has had experience in developing new products for the following industries, aerospace, defense, medical and automotive.

Tony will be heading up the day to day activities of our molding division at our main head quarters and in our new facility starting in the fourth quarter. MME Group is very fortunate to have Tony apart of the team.

Jon Cutler
Program Manager

Jon has come to MME Group from Pine River Plastics in St. Clair, Michigan. Jon’s position at Pine River Plastics was Project Engineering overseeing everything from tooling development to manufacturing, mostly on automotive industry programs. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Product Design Engineering Technology. He has spent the last nine years working as an Engineer. In addition, Jon has had the wonderful opportunity to work overseas; he has consulted with Engineers from Germany to Japan. 

Jon will be taking a large portion of our existing and new programs and driving thru our four diamond process. Jon will also be working with Tony Rensch, our senior program manager, to refine and improve our entire program management department. His experience in Program Management is a very welcome addition as MME group continues to expand and develop.

Michael Waldner
Manufacturing Engineer

Michael has come to MME Group from Rotonics of Maple Plain Minnesota. Michael’s position was a Project Engineer overseeing new projects from tool designs, First Article Inspection and more. He graduated from University of Minnesota with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His role here at the MME Group will be manufacturing engineer position where he will be working on key items for tooling and molding like fixture and assembly line. Mike is tasked with adding the manufacturing engineering flavor to all projects going forward.

Mike is circling back on existing sub-assemblies to tighten the lines and will be proactively managing all new programs coming into full production. We see Mike’s position as great add for helping the project launch.

Jerry Zack
Purchasing Manager

Jerry has come to MME Group with nearly 20 years experience in Purchasing, most recently at Twin City Fan Co... Using his ISO Auditor certification, Jerry has been instrumental in identifying, selecting, and managing suppliers, as well as building and managing Purchasing departments. Included in Jerry’s education and certifications is a background in Design Technology, Mechanical Drafting, and Injection Molding.

Jerry will be charged with tightening our ASL and structuring our purchasing department going forward. With his experience and certifications, Jerry is a great addition to the purchasing department.
