PVC is widely used in the manufacturing world because of its cost, durability and versatility. However, not every manufacturer is equipped or willing to run PVC.
PVC emits harmful smoke, fumes and gases during manufacturing. Exposure to these materials should be limited and requires strict adherence to fume control. Also, PVC is prone to burning, and a more challenging material to manufacture. It requires an experienced team of engineers who are trained to manage the hazards and quality control concerns associated with PVC handling. MME group engineers are well versed in PVC manufacturing.
Our most experienced process engineer has more than 42 years of experience with an average run of 30 PVC molds per year. Our other engineers have a combined 30 years of in-house experience molding more than 10,000 pounds of PVC per week.
